If you receive an item that is damaged and it occurred during shipping, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the USPS (or other shipping entity if applicable). Generally, there is insurance built into most shipping plans. One way or another, we will make sure that your product is replaced if it is harmed during the shipping process.
If your item is defective (meaning if it is something that WE are responsible for), please contact us within 12 days of receiving your item and let us know what the problem is. Please note that we may need you to send us photos of your item. In the event that the item is in fact defective in some way, we will gladly replace your item or send you a refund. Please also note that we are not responsible for damage done to a product by the customer. We give specific instructions on cleaning and caring for every single item that we offer. These instructions are always included with your item(s) at the time of shipping. If you do not receive these instructions, please be sure to contact us immediately upon the arrival of your item(s) so that we can assist you on how to care for and clean your item(s) BEFORE you actually use them or give them to someone else to use. If you do not follow our instructions on how to care for or clean a product of ours, we cannot refund you or replace the item. Should you receive an item and it is within the 12 day period of time you do not think that you would like the item and it has not been used, you can send it back to us - (please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping), and we will look the item over when we receive it. Once we re-stock the item and see that it is in perfect condition, we will then send you a store-credit for that product's cost. We do not offer refunds for a change of heart after a product has been shipped and received.
