Shipping Information

Due to the Covid situation as well as the mail being much slower than usual, we ask that you have patience while your order is processed, packaged and shipped to you. We are asking that you give us up to 10-12 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to get your order shipped. Generally we do not need anywhere close to that, even with a lot of orders due to a launch, sale, etc. However, there are some delays that are out of our control and we would rather be safe and say more time than we would need. Once the packages have been shipped to you, please keep an eye on your tracking information. Once the order is in their hands and out of ours, there isn't much we can do. However, if a claim needs to be made or something needs to be replaced, we will do our best to assist you in a timely manner - even if all that means is helping you communicate with the shipping company/USPS as your middle-man. We appreciate each one of you and thank you for all of your understanding! 


Due to a large number of orders each week, we ask that you give us 10 business days for your order to be processed, fulfilled and shipped to you.  This time does not include weekends or holidays.  

We strive to get our orders fulfilled and shipped out as soon as possible, which means that most often you will not have to wait that long at all. Typically, most orders are shipped out in less than a week.  However, we have to at least make you aware of the potential for a bit more time to be needed.

We do offer expedited processing and shipping if you need your item speedy fast!  Please be sure to contact us if you have any questions or issues with adding these things to your cart.
